Meet Our Board

Our volunteer board of directors is responsible for setting the Foundation's policies and awarding grants. Directors are appointed by several bodies, including the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the governor, or elected by the board. All are chosen for their sensitivity to and knowledge of the state's key issues. Directors may serve up to two terms of five years each.
