Reporting Requirements

If your organization or project has received an Equity Action grant, an Advisory Council member or Rhode Island Foundation staff person may conduct a follow-up visit.

Organizations or projects that receive Equity Action funding are required to provide a Grant Report  describing how the funds were used and benefitted the community. The Grant Report is due one month after the grant period has ended. A grantee cannot receive subsequent funding from Equity Action until the report is submitted.
