|The Scituate Reservoir Watershed is made up of the land that water flows across or under on its way to the Scituate Reservoir which provides more than 60% of Rhode Islanders with drinking water.
Rhode Island has more than 45 land trusts and nine watershed councils. These community organizations are preserving Rhode Island’s open spaces, farm lands, forests, drinking water supplies, and rivers.
