Nonprofit Emerging Leaders Program

Management vs. leadership
Participants chat at a "Management vs. leadership training" for emerging leaders.
The Nonprofit Emerging Leaders program helps prepare the next generation of nonprofit leaders in Rhode Island. The program is designed to strengthen the capacity of the nonprofit sector by providing unique learning opportunities for talented emerging leaders who are in the early phases of their careers (less than ten years of experience). There are many different ways that emerging leaders can get involved -- intensive, hands-on workshops, a series of networking opportunities, panel discussions with dynamic leaders from the field, a year-long mentoring program for up to 15 emerging leaders, and other extended learning opportunities.

Upcoming happenings

Please note: Our target audience for these programs is emerging leaders (individuals who have less than 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector).
