The Organizational Development program offered through the Initiative for Nonprofit Excellence is designed to complement and strengthen management practices at the senior leadership and board levels of the nonprofit sector. Programs are organized in sequence but may be selected on an individual basis. Each program is intended to:

  • Offer current information on best practices in organizational development
  • Provide participants with skills and tools to achieve excellence in nonprofit management
  • Encourage networking and exchange among program participants

The series is open to senior managers, board members and/or volunteers who work in a leadership capacity for nonprofit organizations. All programs will be limited to 50 participants.

Many nonprofit organizations know that Google Analytics can help  them hone the effectiveness of their online communications efforts. But what do all those website campaign metrics – pageviews, bounce rates, visitors – really mean? In a three-hour session, Ann-Marie Harrington, founder and president of Embolden, will show you how to interpret the data, including from advanced features and tools. She will draw examples from a live case study, making the presentation easy to follow.

Ann-Marie also will tell you why understanding the data is important for improving your online communication efforts – whether through your website, enewsletters, or social media campaigns.
