The Newport County Fund administers several field of interest funds that further enhance its grantmaking in the local community. Special funds provide support for programs, projects, and services within a specific sector or geographic area.

Established in 1983 to support the performing arts in Jamestown

Established in 2001 to enhance the quality of life in Jamestown, through support of its nonprofit organizations

Anne and Peter Damon Fund for Newport County

Established in 2005 to support grantmaking of the Newport County Fund

NSG Education Fund in Memory of Ellen S. Murphy

Established in 2008 to support grantmaking in education through the Newport County Fund

Dominick J. Lepore Memorial Fund II

Established in 2009 to support charitable organizations with facilities located in Newport County that provide preventive or clinical mental health services to the local population
