 Progreso Latino, Central Falls

Mission: Progreso Latino empowers Rhode Island’s Latino and immigrant communities to achieve greater self-sufficiency and socio-economic progress by providing transformational programs – adult education and career training, youth and early childhood programs, financial literacy and income tax assistance, immigration services, health and wellness support, housing assistance, and more – all provided by a bilingual, bicultural staff in order to address the basic human needs of the Latino community.

  Farm Fresh Rhode Island, Pawtucket

Mission: Farm Fresh promotes a local food system that values the environment, health and quality of life Rhode Islanders by preserving farmland and agricultural knowledge, increasing access to fresh and healthy food, improving the impact of food production and distribution on our environment, and strengthening community-based food and farming businesses. Part incubator, part activator, Farm Fresh Rhode Island’s programs grow the local food system by building capacity in three areas: producers, markets, and eaters.

  Boys and Girls Club of Cumberland-Lincoln, Cumberland
