Small Grants Reporting Requirements
If you received a Small Grant from The Rhode Island Foundation, you are required to complete one of the following evaluation forms:
We are interested in the impact of your work and how our grant contributed to your efforts. For Organizational Development Grants, begin with the grant award letter. Address the specific questions mentioned in that letter when completing your report or in a separate attachment.
The reporting process is designed to
- Provide an overview of the status and impact of your project
- Help us determine how effective small grants are in supporting organizations
- Provide the Foundation with information on the positive changes happening in your community
