Rhode Island School of Design students Ted DiLucia (left) and Alexandra Marzella (right) were awarded Alice Butts Metcalf Scholarships for 2011. The scholarship fund is administered by The Rhode Island Foundation. Pictured with the winners is Libby Monahan, the Foundation's funds administrator.

The Foundation currently manages more than 150 scholarship and fellowship funds; opportunities are listed below.

Many scholarships are administered directly by designated schools and organizations. Please refer to the directory below. If you think you may qualify for one of these opportunities, contact the person or organization listed in the directory.

For other scholarships/fellowships, the Foundation only accepts applications through our free online application system.  These scholarships/fellowships also may be accessed through the directory below.

The Foundation has developed a scholarship questionnaire to help you determine your eligibility for scholarships/fellowships administered by the Foundation; please note that you still will need to rely on the directory below to determine eligibility for scholarships administered by designated schools and organizations.
