Our volunteer board of directors is responsible for setting the Foundation's policies and awarding grants. Directors, who are recommended or elected by several bodies, including the Supreme Court and the Governor, are all community leaders, chosen for their sensitivity to and knowledge of the state's key issues. Directors may serve up to two terms of five years each (with some leeway if the chair's term should extend beyond the 10 years).
