Since 1916, many generous Rhode Islanders – including YOU – have chosen to make their charitable gifts permanent. By establishing carefully managed endowments, you ensure that the issues, organizations, and/or the community you care about will be helped by you, forever. 

Assuming you established or are formally connected to one of the Foundation’s 950 endowments (as of 12/31/05), you should be receiving semi-annual reports on that fund’s activity (e.g. grants made from it, gifts made to it). 

This section of “Give” is designed to enhance your role as a “philanthropist”. You can learn more about the world of philanthropy, contact staff about questions you may have, and learn your rights as a fund holder.
