If you want to establish an endowment, the next question is how best to do so.

On the one hand, you have lots of choices: 

• Which type of endowment will suit your needs best?
• Are you ready to begin now, or will your gift be established through a Will or Trust?
• Do you wish to have income from your gift while you are living?
• Which assets should you donate?

On the other hand, while this may sound complex, it’s not. Given that you are planning a legacy that will outlive us all, a little time spent now will pay off forever.
