As a grant recipient of The Rhode Island Foundation, you are required to complete one or more of the forms listed on this screen.
Begin with the commitment letter that informed you of the Foundation's decision to provide a grant to your organization. This letter lists the significant questions that we believe your project may help answer.
The forms above should help focus your reporting. While your evaluation should not be limited solely to these questions, they provide a good starting point.
The deadlines for your reporting requirements are also indicated in the Foundation's grant award letter. In most cases, final project reports are due 13 months after a grant was awarded. Interim reports, required of organizations applying for subsequent grant support, are due at the time a new proposal is submitted, which is often before 13 months have passed.
